road Spodnji Goreljek\u2013Praprotnica<\/strong><strong>\u2013Rudno polj<\/strong><strong>e.<\/strong> <strong>These apply between June 15 and October 15, during which motor vehicle traffic is prohibited, with certain exceptions.  <\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Driving IS ALLOWED for:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\n<li>forest management and wildlife control purposes;<\/li>\n<li>cycling;<\/li>\n<li>owners, managers, or tenants of buildings and land;<\/li>\n<li>official duties related to municipal inspection services, public forestry, cultural heritage protection, nature conservation, healthcare, emergency and veterinary services, gamekeeping and fisheries surveillance, inspections, national defense, civil protection and rescue operations, police, mountain and cave rescuers, fire services, direct supervision in nature, as well as the duties of investigative judges and state prosecutors; agricultural work, beekeeping, geodetic, geological and scientific research activities, cave exploration, watercourse and torrent management, maintenance and construction of buildings, and Slovenian Armed Forces tasks; <\/li>\n<li>holders of the \u201cOb\u010dan\u201d parking card and organized transport provided by the Municipality of Bohinj and Bohinj Tourism.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\n<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section elementor-element elementor-element-f2f3309 elementor-section-boxed elementor-section-height-default elementor-section-height-default\" data-id=\"f2f3309\" accommodation facilities that offer overnight lodging services.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Guests can access the area via:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\">mountain and hiking trails (maPZS.si),<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\">organized transport lines in Bohinj (<a href=\"http:\/\/promet.bohinj.si\/\" data-saferedirecturl=\"https:\/\/www.google.com\/url?q=http:\/\/promet.bohinj.si&amp;source=gmail&amp;ust=1750165908140000&amp;usg=AOvVaw0au8GlWGYHdlKTvt9UM5Vg\">promet.bohinj.si<\/a>).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Organized Transport during the 2025 Season: <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Line 8: <\/strong>Uskovnica via Srednja vas (on-demand shuttle), daily from 1. 7. to 30. 8. 2025, with prior reservation;<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Line 6: <\/strong>Pokljuka via Bohinjska Bistrica (bus), daily from 25. 6. to 14. 9. 2025,<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: elementor-size-default\">Why a special traffic regime on Pokljuka?<\/h2>\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section elementor-element elementor-element-1635e84 elementor-section-boxed elementor-section-height-default elementor-section-height-default\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div><span class=\"il\">Pokljuka<\/span> is a high karst plateau on the eastern edge of the Triglav National Park. It lies at an altitude of between 1,000 and 1,500 metres. Unspoilt nature and vast spruce forests are the hallmarks of Pokljuka.<\/div>\n<div> <\/div>\n<div>Pokljuka is also home to Special Protection Areas and species protected under European Directives, which are part of the Natura 2000 network. The most important of these are the marsh area and the habitat of the western capercaillie (cock-of-the-woods).<\/div>\n<div> <\/div>\n<div>The Natura 2000 network aims to preserve the natural values of international importance that our ancestors, with a healthy and respectful relationship with nature, have managed to maintain.<\/div>\n<div> <\/div>\n<div>These measures will contribute to a comprehensive traffic regime in Pokljuka, which is, among other things, an important objective of the VrH Julijcev project. <\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column elementor-col-50 elementor-top-column elementor-element elementor-element-97a34a4\" for the smooth management of the forest, while at the same time allowing the visitor to spend quality and nature-friendly leisure time in the only national park in the country.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Parking along forest roads between Rudno polje, Za Ribnico, and Razpotje is not allowed (except for landowners).<\/li>\n<li>Parking is allowed in the car park at Rudno Polje and in Lom before Uskovnica.<\/li>\n<li>Driving motor vehicles across the Praprotnica alpine pasture (past the energy points) and Uskovnica (from Lome before Uskovnica to the forest road junction leading to the \u0160eh, Praprotnica, and Uskovnica pastures above the Ribnica bridge) is not allowed (except for
