Campsites and motorhome car parks
In the Julian Alps and within the Triglav National Park, overnight stays, camping, pitching tents, bivouacking, and resting in motorhomes are permitted only at designated sites, in campsites and nighttime motorhome and camper van car parks. We recommend making a reservation in advance.

Campsites
In Bohinj, together with Soriška planina, there are three campsites available, offering a stunning backdrop for the views from your caravan windows or through your tent flaps, along with all the amenities needed for your comfort.
Danica Campsite

Camp Danica is located just a few hundred metres from the centre of Bohinjska Bistrica, along the Sava Bohinjka River. All camping areas are flat and grassy. The campsite covers a total area of 4.5 hectares and can accommodate approximately 850 guests. This modern campsite, awarded the Ecocamping certificate and the “Cyclist-Friendly Campsite” certificate, also welcomes pets, while the entire campsite area is accessible and friendly for people with disabilities.

Camp Bohinj is located in Ukanc on the shores of Lake Bohinj. As it lies within Triglav National Park, it offers everything needed for a pleasant and peaceful stay in harmony with nature, as well as for numerous outdoor activities.
The campsite covers approximately 5 hectares and is divided into three areas. Pets are also welcome at the campsite.

Parking and accommodation for motorhomes
Bohinjska Bistrica Railway Station
The fenced and secured camper stop offers 30 parking spaces. It is equipped with electricity hookups, while a service station for disposing of wastewater and sewage, as well as access to drinking water, is available in front of the parking area. A reception desk is located at the entrance, offering information services, souvenirs, refreshments, and bicycle rental.

Senožeta–Srednja vas (Sports Centre)
The camper stop is located below the Senožeta Ski Resort in Srednja vas v Bohinju. It offers 16 parking spaces for motorhomes, complete with all necessary service facilities. They are equipped with electrical connections, a wastewater and faeces disposal station in front of the car park, and access to drinking water.

- Temporary parking is permitted for up to a maximum of 24 hours.
Kobla - Bohinjska Bistrica
The motorhome parking area is located below the Kozji hrbet Ski Slope in Bohinjska Bistrica. It offers temporary parking during the peak summer season, when other motorhome overnight facilities are fully occupied. The site includes a service station for emptying wastewater.
